[Resolved]  Smart Prepaid — tariff

my mobile was in life time by Rs. 750/- voucher and recharged with Rs.880 voucher for reduced tariff. suddenly my tariff was changed , on enquiry I was suggested that i have to recharge fresh by existing voucher for reduced tariff . After then i recharge with voucher of Rs. 301 by which my tariff becomes almost same as previous i.e. 19 paise on smart, 59 paisa on other mobile and Rs. 1 on std and 99 paisa on landline. I was stated that this tariff would be applicable for 3 months but in the meantime approx after 15-20 days ,my tariff automatically changed to 30paisa for smart, 60 paisa for other mobile. After several efforts to contanct on [protected], that number never contacted and shows 'number busy' even in early morning and in late night. ulmatimatly i made contanct on [protected] but they replied that i have to contanct on [protected] only we can't help you. therfore, you are requested to kindly check the matter and restore my tariff. on [protected] contact never takes place kindly look into the matter.

dont distrub for any advoitizment calls and messages of your company the verification number is [protected]

Smart Prepaid — don't disturb by advertising message and call

dear sir,
I would like to inform you . i am using the smart prepaid mobile No.-[protected]. I am receving so many advertising message and song call which is disturbing my regular use. I have complaint several times to customer care but no action has been taken so far.

So i request you again to stop this type of messages and song calls.
