deduction from balance

My no. is [protected]. my balance get deducted by 50 rs. automatically. when i asked them they told this not our duty please go to customer care near you....

Overstretching of recharge voucher.

Sir,
I've purchased a recharge voucher of smart prepaid worth rs.500 . .it was over-scratched & culdn't have been used for recharging . .the outlet owner from where i've purchased it told me that it will be replaced but it will take some time.So i deposited it to him .Since than it has been 3 months(approx.) & now he say's that he can't do anything about it ..please help me out on this i am fed up-off...

tariff

my mobile was in life time by Rs. 750/- voucher and recharged with Rs.880 voucher for reduced tariff. suddenly my tariff was changed , on enquiry I was suggested that i have to recharge fresh by existing voucher for reduced tariff .
