I've purchased a recharge voucher of smart prepaid worth rs.500 . .it was over-scratched & culdn't have been used for recharging . .the outlet owner from where i've purchased it told me that it will be replaced but it will take some time.So i deposited it to him .Since than it has been 3 months(approx.) & now he say's that he can't do anything about it ..please help me out on this i am fed up-off visiting his shop again & again ..but still nuthin has been done..!!
