[Resolved]  Smart SIM — outgoing &incoming calls deactivated&harrasing phisically

sir, on 29th aug i brought a sim from a shopkeeper
&i ve submitted my voter id as documents
i ve been given the no.[protected]
sir bt till now my sim has not been activated
shopkeeper always says that sim will activated in few hours
bt nothing happens.i ve to go to shopkeeper twice a day. he &the dealer is harassing me
the dealer no. is [protected](as i don't know his name)

sir would take any immediate action on him
