SELF ACTIVATED PLANS LEADING TO AMOUNT REDUCTION

I have SMART SIM number - [protected]. On this number there have been self activated caller tune with deduction of 15 Rs. every time. The customer care number never works. Its always busy. Also there have been two times deduction of Rs. 20 around 2 weeks back without any reason. Pls look into the matter....

Unnecessary Activation

I am Nidhi, just want to know why the hell things activated on my mobile even i dint do it, and the balance is deducted every time it activates the Voice chat service, it activates the caller tune services, from last 4 months i am fed up of these things, please provide me suitable solution to it.

mai smart sim se pareshan hun, bina kuch kiye hi balance kaat lete hai,
pachhale 2 month se 4 baar 30-30 rupy kaat chuke hai,
shikayat karne par koi koi samadhan nahi karte hai,
ulte bolte hai ki aapke dwara plan activate huaa hai, jabki maine kuch activate nahi kiya hai.
mai is no. ko badlna nahi chahta kyonki ye mera lucky no. hai,
nahi to kab ka dusra card le liya hota.

I am your old customer. My mobile no. is [protected]. From back six months my STD is lock. I have complained more and more in your Customer Care / Service Centre. But unfortunately, I am facing the same problem. Now what to do or not to do, is a problem. Please suggest me that my problem will be removed or I should change the other sim (company).
