[Resolved] Smokin Joes — Poor services | |
I am regular customer of Lower parel smoking joes pizza hop. Today I orederd for BARBECUED CHICKEN and other stuff. It was today's special pizza, on which there was an offer, for that I have to pay only Rs. 100 except Rs. 185, but it was charged as Rs. 185. I asked to shop manager, regarding this offer they refused to provide that offer to me by saying that you didn't say about this offer, so we can't provide this offer. But as a customer, I should have been adviced by the store person. But it was not like that. I have decided now not to go there. I have to change the pizza shop. Because I feel there is not customer value in your stores. I used to visit your shops regularly, if I was not given any proper response then what about the new cusomer. Smokin Joes — Pizza not delivered
I order 4 pizza's from Smokin Joes Malad (W) online using my credit card. The pizza were not delivered to me and they claim that the delivered 4 pizzas to someone in my office. How can they deliver pizza to someone else? Now they are not giving my refund.
