I have purchased Casio Dual Time Display Watch from snap deal and got a damaged item. I want it get replaced. I send a mail to their customer support and there was no response.

I had ordered 6 HOTMUGS .2 were broken, Order no[protected], Item code[protected], Wild Focus - Introspect ( The handel is broken ) and
Order no[protected], Item code[protected], Wild Focus - Art of Chilling ( Mug broken in 2 halves).

I had mailed my complain to [protected]@snapdeal.com on 13.4.2012, there has been no response.
Please look into this .
