[Resolved] Snapdeal / Belkin Swift Backpack — Incorrect delivery of Product: No Action to rectify the error | |||
I order for a Belkin Swift laptop Backpack Online from Snapdeal.com and paid the full amount via net banking. Snapdeal has delivered me incorrect product (a Belkin Swift Top loader laptop bag). It has been 10 days since I raised the complaint in snapdeal (complaint number 353938) and I have not received the resolution. As per my last conversation with a representative of Snapdeal, she confirmed a hand replacement of the product over the phone to me however she send an e-mail with something we did not discuss (that I should send a courier to snapdeal of the incorrect product that they have delivered to me). I will not send any courier to them and I am looking forward to get my money back at the earliest possible. Please take some serious action on this.
