Sanpdeal unethically misused consumer money for almost a month, following are sequence of events:
1. January 1, 2012 - I booked online order[protected] a perfume worth Rs. 2395/=
2. January 3, 2012 - Snapdeal website do not have online order status enquiry facility (link of order status does not work) nor provided any toll free number for customer service, hence customers are forced spend money over STD calls to Delhi number multiple times to get the order status.
3. January 7, 2012 - logged complained with Snapdeal.
4. January 10, 2012 - contacted call-center for status of order.
5. January 17, 2012 - Snapdeal informed order is cancelled and money will be refunded in next 1-3 weeks for bank to process the refund.
Conclusion Snapdeal have been unethically misusing consumer money in the name of online deals/shopping/Bank process for almost a month. Multiple consumers have similar complaints about Snapdeal at http://www.mouthshut.com/product-reviews/Snapdeal-com-reviews[protected].
Indian Cybercrime/Government agencies should investigate unethical business practices of Sanpdeal.com as well disrespectful consumer practices in the name of online deals/shopping. Was this information helpful? |
Complain 1. they deliver this item after 17 days in open condition.
Complain 2. My wife is using same cream for last 3 years, but after first use of snapdeal delivered cream got reacted on chick (skin), then i Spoke to snapdeal customer care and he said we can't do anything in this case and also we can's refund your money.
so I suggest to all of you, don't buy product or deal from snapdeal.
