[Resolved] Snapdeal — Defective goods | |||||
I had ordered a nike strike football from snapdeal.It was delivered on 29/7/13.The delivered goods was faulty.When I examined and tried to fill air in the football , it was punctured.I made the complaint on the same day and was told that it would be replaced or refunded in 4 working days.I have called the snapdeal's consumer service and every time they tell me to wait for a person to replace/refund the football.I am tired of waiting and want the football's value be refunded.Till date 16/8/13,they have not done anything and now I have lost faith in snapdeal's services.
