COMMENTS: PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE CAUSE DINT GET ANY CALL AFTER CANCELLATION ABOUT REFUND .... AFTER SO MANY CALLS GOT A REPLY ON 28 JULY THAT U CANT REFUND MY MONEY.. WHAT ABOUT "100% REFUND 7 DAYS NO QUESTION ASKED POLICY".... AND ALSO PLEASE TELL ME WHY DID they ISSUE A DOE CERTIFICATE AFTER CANCELLATION and refund request of THE ORDER.
