[Resolved] Snapdeal — Item Received in Broken Condition but Snapdeal not replacing | |||
I am writing this after prolonged ignorance from Snapdeal team. As I brought a Tablet from Snapdeal; I got a Damaged one (Display Broken). I Complaint about it and send necessary Images which they told me to provide. But it’s almost 10 days I haven’t got any resolution from them. Even after calling thousand times, they are not responding and arranging for reverse pickup. Now after reading various complaints against them, I realize I did a mistake to buy from Snapdeal. After this bitter experience with Snapdeal, I don’t recommend anybody to buy from Snapdeal as they are providing Useless Service. Where are Snapdeal a year ago? Because of customers only they are in such position but sad to say if this continues they will be no where in next two years. Final verdict Snapdeal Team is irresponsible and rather shameless. SnapDeal is not at all a reliable online store. Once I purchased a wrist watch whose price was higher than that of MRP which is totally illegal. Do not buy anything from SnapDeal in future.
