I purchased a snap deal offer with The Hilton Hotel in Mumbai, according to the deal I was required to paid Rs 99 for two persons via credit card online for buffet which I purchased, according to the agreement, the said amount was to be deducted at the time of final billing at the restaurant, however I was informed that no such amount would be deducted and I was misinformed, how could I be misinformed when the details are clearly stated by snap deal on their website.
When I called snap deal about my complaint they asked me to all the work and email them the bill so they could look into it. This is ridiculous, putting the customer through all the inconvenience and grief.
Please do not believe their deals, it's better to reconfirm with the merchant about the agreement before making any payments.
My complaint still remains unresolved !

Snap Deal — The restaurant for which i got the deal is closed
i got a deal for lunch @ pebbles restaurent mugappair, the deal is valid up to 12 th october, but the restaurent is closed since 12 th of september, i want the amount back which i paid to snap deals for buying the deal. Do the needfull
