I had placed an order ([protected] from Snapdeal.com on Sept 16, 2013 for a Samsung GT 8262 core. I used my credit card to make the payment, using EMI scheme. I was supposed to be shipped the first issue on 26th Sep after continuolsy fooling me. On the 26th of Sep, after getting no intimation regarding the shipment, I called up Snapdeal helpdesk. They suggested I cancel the order because they have shortage of product. So, I cancelled the order and I was promised a refund of Rs. 12830. 20 days have gone by, and I have still not received my money in my bank account.even my credit cards now demanindng to submit EMI while i have not received any amount Every time I call their helpdesk, they say the same thing, "Give us sometime.. you will soon get your money." I have been promised that I will receive the money by end of this week, ie by tomorrow. But somehow, I know that they will not refund the money, because normally NEFT transfer takes 2-3 days, and they have initiated the refund last Thursday, according to their executive. Please help me get back my money. Thanks,
