Snapdeal — Not get a refund from the company

I have purchased a bangles from snapdeal which was defected and i have send it back to the company but they do not refunded or exchanged i have called more than 150 times but they do not refunded and every executive of the company tell different thing i think it is a worth company and fully fraud company .. i think no one should purchase ever from snapdeal.com bad service bad quality products they also dont have toll free number .
