[Resolved] Snapdeal — Poor and cheap quality of product, denying reverse pick up or refund of money to my account | |
I made a purchase of women top from Snapdeal on August 28th which was delivered to me on August 30th and within half an hour I claimed the return of the disgusting, cheap product they sent me. They at first promised me a reverse pick up and then they would return the money in my account. And that too they are returning me some SD cash, in which I am definitely not interested in. I have been waiting and chasing them for the "promised" reverse pick up under their "trust pay" but of no use. Now they want me to courier the damn thing myself and they might refund the courier charges. By the way I have no faith left in this deceiving site and will never ever visit it again. It's been more than 16-17 days and I don't know how to get y money back so I am bound to raise this complaint against this fraudulent online shopping site!! Please help me
