Snapdeal — product not dispatched on given date

I had ordered david off cool water perfume on 23th march 2013 at snapdeal.
They promised to dispatch my product on 25th so that i could recieve it by 28th any how.
But now after the order they changed their commitment. Now they are saying they will dispatch the product on 29th. I called customer care and told them that i am going out of city on 29th morning but they are least interested and failed to help me get my product on time.
