SnapDeal — Received trouser of other colour
My name is Archana Thakur. I placed an order on 23rd February (Order no.[protected]. Happy to have received my order earlier(27 Feb) than the estimated delivery time(1 Mar).My complaint is regarding the Trouser colour (Product Name- BHPC Beige Formal) plus it is so loose.
The image shown in the site was of size 30 ( which I generally purchase) but it comes out to be so loose. I selected light brown or light khaki coloured trouser (http://www.snapdeal.com/product/bhpc-beige-formal-trousers/621719?pos=22;24) but received some other colour.
I called them on 27 Feb and they claimed to contact me within 24-48 hours. There was no response from their side. I called second time on 3rd march... again no response till now...
I am really pissed with the service and either want the trouser which I actually selected or else want my money back as soon as possible!!!
