[Resolved] Snapdeal — Refused to return product though they have no question asked return policy | |
I brought a fossil watch from snapdeal.com. Received product doesn't looks like it was in the picture. Moreover it is not a brand new watch. It looks like used in showroom for display purpose. Box of the watch is also damaged.
When I filed a complaint to return the product. I got the response it can not be returned because my complain matter isn't enough to return a product.
I do not understand that when they have no question asked return policy. And I have very strong reason to return the product then why it can not be considered for return.
I feel they are making me fool by selling a used watch and not returning it back. Was this information helpful? | |

This is first time I tried to return something and surprised with their response. This is 6400 INR cost product and I can not afford this loss.
