[Resolved] Snapdeal, Sankara Spa & Salon — SNAPDEAL & SANKARA spa & salon fraud | |||
I have taken Sankara Spa & salon voucher from Snapdeal on 29th April, 2011. It was 6 months service i.e Upto October for Rs 399 (Voucher No:[protected] There are 3 complaints regarding this: 1) Saloon is closed from Mid June. There was no prior information given by Sankara or Snapdeal. It has been over a month, every time after making inquiry at Snapdeal regarding refund, they are just delaying the process giving excuse like they are still in talk with service provider & they can't give right now. 2) Voucher says taxes are included but I paid taxes 1 more time (Rs 31) when Sankara converted voucher into their bill. Snapdeal customer service says that they have credited equivalent 'SD amount' to my account. But there is no such amount credited to my account 3) regarding refund, Snapdeal team is refusing to make payment by cash/online transfer/cheque. They say that they will only credit equivalent 'SD amount' to account. But I don't want any deal from snapdeal after such bad experience. then what will I do with this 'SD amount' ?
