Snapdeal — Snapdeal.com did fraud with me | |||
Hello, I had placed my order on Snapdeal.com (Order No:[protected] and Complaint No. 506048) for Enter USB 2.0 Speaker E S120 having price Rs. 270 on 7th May 2012 via COD. And they deliver my product on 10th June but I found that my product was totally broken/damaged and seems to be old. That product i.e speakers was attached with papers/tapes and one of the speaker don't seems to be speaker anymore. I even send them snaps of these speakers. It has become very clear to me that they have intentionally done this and I straight-way send them email telling all this and they asked me to send back their product so that they can send me new one. I made lot of efforts sending them the product back thinking that they might have send the new one but as soon as they received my product back, they not send any more emails to me. I send them email many times but they send me no reply and it seems that they need that product again so that if someone order for the same product, they can send that again to him/her and save their money. Otherwise, they will not stop interaction with me like this after getting the product back. I know that they will never send me new product and neither refund my money but atleast I can help others to avoid Snapdeal.com for online shopping. It's not a question of Rs 270, its question of the faith and trust that people show on such companies while ordering the product and when they do like this, it hurts a lot. yu can make call to their customercare number and also they may have registered office near your place so go there and ask for refund or new product
