I had ordered chocolates for my sisters birthday.The order was placed on 30th sep and was promised to be delivered on 1stoct.But the gift was not delivered until 8th oct.Never were no definite reply from the snap deal why it was not delivered so late.I later cancelled the order on 8tha and asked them to refund the money.Its been 15days since in placed the cancellation i haven't got the refund.When i call them they don't provide me any specific date on the refund.This was the first time i tried to go through snap deal and really feeling terrible on why i have used their services.Neither was i able to give the gift for her birthday nor am i getting the money refunded.
