I was looking for a dual sim mobile in snap deal basic model.and it was mentioned wrongly that NOKIA 109 is a dual sim mobile, which i believed and ordered for that mobile on AUG 20.order number# [protected].when i received the product i realized that nokia 109 is a single sim mobile and not a dual sim type.They furnished wrong information on thier website.when i contacted snap deal they told me to send the product back, so that they will refund the amount of my ordered mobile along with courier charges.after few days of asking status daily they tried to refund my courier charges alone but that too they transferred to a wrong account number.I sent my account details again to snap deal.But yet to get the refund money from them.I was forced to pay my credit card bill of 1990/- for the wrong product.They are promoting easy money back guarantee .I am really frustrated for ordering a product online and waiting for refund money.My ticket number is #3005727 Was this information helpful? |
