[Resolved]  Snapdeal — worst service

I have ordered a pair of sunglasses online through snapdeal website and for 20 days I did not receive the product.After sending several mails and making calls to the customer care I was told that snapdeal cannot do anything once the product is shipped from their place!!!!!! they are not responsible for the delivery of the product!!!!! and they did even return my money till date.Its almost 1.5 month all this happened and still i dont get any response from them.I found out that one of my friends had the same issue,he had to run after these guys to get his product.

snapdeal has the worst service...

I am Kapil Singh, i ordered to the snap deal which number is[protected], I ordered three product in this order one was APPLE I-PAD 2 (16 g.b. + Wi-Fi + 3G) & another two were 2 no's of Samsung notebook..

But they delivered me APPLE I-PAD 2 which has only Wi-Fi with 16 g.b. but i ordered for 3G model which has the price deference of Rs. 8000... As of now they are not ready to refund my balance amount.. Snapdeal is doing really really serious fakes..

Please attention everyone, Please dont order any high value product through snapdeal.. Otherwise you will be the only responsible for your loss which you will get through the SNAP DEAL...

THEY WILL NOT DO FAKE OR FRAUD WITH EVERYONE BUT THEY WILL DO FRAUD & FAKE WITH 8 OUT OF 10 CUSTOMERS BUT YOU COULD BE THE ONE OUT OF 8...

This writing of mine is part of social service to make others aware about the Snap Deal online customer service. I had booked for a RO Nasaka water filter order No.[protected] from . The company delivered the item without 3 way connector and brass connector, etc. I have been requesting them to supply the undelivered items last 7 days but unfortunately the costumer care executive are repeating the following things as and when i make them a call" we are sorry for the inconvenience, our team is trying to provide the solution, we have escalated your complaints, the problem will be solved within 48 hours. At least half a dozen 48 hours has been elapsed but the bunch of are still reading this same message. I do not know what to do with them. I will advice my dear friends not to order anything from this Snap deal. The Company has worst kind of customer service, very irresponsible, no sense o[censored]rgency. Over all worst. Be aware of this. Good luck to those who are facing problems like me
