[Resolved]  Snapdeal — Wrong and undelivered order

There are three products for which I have complaints. The details are as followed.

1. Snapdeal order id: [protected]

i. Suborder: [protected]
Product: Crown craft dinner set (32 pcs).
Price: Rs.1999.

Complaint: Wrong shipment sent and that too delayed (expected 9th June, and received on 13th June). I have been sent a casserole instead of my order, which costs less than one 6th of my payment. I have been writing mails ever since (received day before yesterday) but with no response. I have already sent them 3-4 emails at [protected]@snapdeal.com.

ii. suborder: [protected]
Product: Mosaic stainless steel tumbler (set of 6).
Price: 389

Complaint: Order not yet received. Expected time of delivery was on or before 9th of June, 2013.


2. Snapdeal order id: [protected]
Product: Ajanta Digital clock.
Price: 1100.

Complaint: Order not yet received. Expected time of delivery was on or before 11th of June, 2013. Wrote mails to [protected]@snapdeal.com, and they said that product has already been dispatched and will reach me in a day. But still not received.


Please do the needful so that I get my orders at the earliest, or they refund me the amount.

Pls cancel my order [protected] duck back rainwear-navy rain coat
I have ordered Zebronics S300 2.0 Computer Speakers – Black and a COD
on 3rd October and was waiting for my order to get delivered. After a few days when i was checking my order status it showed 'all delivery attempts failed' and when i searched further it said that the courier will try to deliver the product within 2 days. Then again after two days when i checked thee status it said 'order remains undelivered, order will be send back to snapdeal'. Now why is that happening, we have given you phone number not only for sending message, you can also call us. At least you could have asked the courier to call us if they found our address difficult to reach. Please i need help right now
