[Resolved]  Snapdeal — wrong product delivered to me and refund not done yet

I was looking for a dual sim mobile and I have ordered NOKIA 109 mobile from snap deal.In the snap deal website they mentioned the details about NOKIA 109 in that they mentioned that the mobile is dual sim.But the mobile is actually a single sim mobile.This i came to know after i recieved the product from snap deal.I couldnt find the slot for inserting the second sim in that mobile.when i searched the nokia website i came to know that the product is single sim mobile.They furnished a wrong details in thier website which i believed and brought the product.I contacted the snap deal customer care they told me to resend the product back to them and they will refund the money after they recieved the product along with the courier charges.Which i did..i sent the mobile back to them.I sent them my account details as per thier request.after few days of continuous call made to them for asking updates regarding the refund they responded after few days that they delivered my money.they sent me only my courier charge of 250/- rupees.and that too they sent the money to a wrong account.when i contacted again and again they said that they will contact you in 24 hrs, 48 hrs but i never recieved any calls from them.Please do the needful .The charges of mobile is 1990/- + 250/- rupees = 2240/-(total charge) .I am attaching my email conversation which i recieved from snap deal.My ticket number :3005727(snap deal) my mail conversation with snap deal: [Snapdeal Support] Re: Nokia 109 Black (ticket #3005727) Inbox x Snapdeal Support <[protected]@snapdeal.com> Aug 27 to me # Please reply above this line for further assistance # In case of any further assistance or clarification on this issue, please reply back to this email. ________________________________________ Rahul Nautiyal, Aug 27 16:01 (IST): Dear maruthamkumar, This email is regarding your Order no [protected] We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
