Purchased a sofa set from Furnish Steel Furniture, Maheshpura pullia, Kashipur. He gave a defected unit and we told him so the very next day. Made promise to repair the sofa set every other day, but never kept his words. Now upto this day he has not taken any steps to repair the sofa and is very negligent about the faults. It has caused a lot of tension and unrest in the family as the shopkeeper has never heard anything we have told him. Request if something can be done as it seems unfair to have paid full for defective unit.
