Sir,
This complaint is to bring to your notice the pathetic condition of Northern Indian Railways & the service it provides to its nation. It is a matter of shame and disgrace that the Indian Railways have failed to transport passenger from Sitapur, via Sidhauli to Lucknow. This is very unfortunate that the killer train running in the Sitapur district. The passenger are forced to travel’s on the train’s roof. The attitude of staff at Sidhauli was just rotten. They were not willing to help. They open ticket window just before 10 minutes of train arrives. Only one window opens and they claim that 8000 passenger pass per day. I tried to find out the reason for their lack of responsibility & on probing them further the in sufficient and inefficient staff and insufficient train services. There for, there are so many passenger wants to take ticket for destination and quarrel each other and they not come in a line. My self with stand one hour at morning 5.45 AM at Sidhauli railway station in line to get ticket for the Lucknow for passenger train (train number 183) but the persons come in by breaking the line and take ticket by gathering near the window. This promotes the pick pocket and chain snatching and crime at railway station. Indian Railways is one the biggest public looting organisation; a perfect example of daylight robbery but here one more addition is the Killer Train is running on the track. The officer thinks they are the most sincere officers in the country. When it comes to providing services for which we travellers pay, the services are non-existent or they are nominal as against the full amount paid by the traveler. Today railway station master Shri Manoj Kumar Singh delayed the train for half an hour due to public rush and inefficiency. They told me that they have not print roll so unable to give me ticket. So I came by bus and I capture few horrible movement which I come to here to shear with you. It was my first experience of sending goods through the Indian Railways and obviously will be the last one. I will definitely discourage others to rely on the Indian Railways. Very thanking you for taking suitable immediate action against such unsocial staff may kindly be updated so that the public could be benefited by your service and strict measures against the officials responsible for the said default should be taken. These types of the authorities are acting ignorant and irresponsible so. Please I beg to you if at all it is of your concern to satisfy your customer's needs, please do some thing. I have attached a copy of the clip along with mail.
