Updated by yashved It is written for those who are interested to get the registration of the plots in Shalimar Estates Naraingarh. They can get it done by filing a suit in Punjab & Haryana High Court. The Court will definitely issue the direction to get it done through police. If you are interested to get refund even then you get it done through done. For this purpose you should file a suit jointly. And if you are interested to get the registration done then you will have to pay the cost of registration i.e. you will have to purchase the non judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 12150/- for per marla because stamp paper is purchased at the rate of 9% of the collector rate of the plot which is at present one lac thirtyfive thousand per marla. Court can get it done through Police from the owner.
