    i perchaced a cell phone on 31-december-2008 with one year warrienty and at that time my phone is in big truble which is switched off automacaly after some time .And service center service provider are doing demand of money for repare my phone, which is in warranty.Solve my problem

      I am using sony ericsson C510 cell fone bought on 1st april 2009, IMEI :[protected] from the very first day it is not working properly like my previous sony ericsson cell phone, as i am a serial user of sony ericsson cell phones.
      The processing speed is very slow, everytime it takes about 2-4 seconds while opening or closing any application. i had got my software updated many times as advised by the service centre people. But when i complaint again and again they just save their skin and say tat it is not hanging up only the processing is slow and there is no solution. I am very much frustrated from this kind off service.

      sonyericsson — 45 days of handover of my mobile to service centre, i have not got back my phone

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      Below mail has been sent to questions.[protected]@support.sonyericsson.com as per customer service told me over phone, but till date i have not received any revert or my mobile from the company

      I have bought W380I Sony ericsson model on 23.10.2008 and from day one i have network problem, but i thought the problem with my service provider as i am using an brand new international brand and later found the problem is with my mobile phone.

      I went to Sony ericsson showroom and informed about the problem, they have given the Salora address and informed for any service issue i need to get in touch with this vendor, there the problem starts.

      Salora is not only doing service for Sony Ericsson they have tie up with other leading brands and Sony Eric customer who is walk in to the showroom needs to wait for more than 3 hours to give a complaint and the service person will on the problem and if problem is major and need more time they will take a complaint and give the service challan. After going to the centre couple of times, finally on 08.01.2009 i managed to find time and gave my mobile for servicing.Complaint id: SES09CHE10109, & Service lodged date: 08.01.09

      I have been informed to call Salora after couple of days to collect the mobile, but when i called up they informed that they have send my phone to HQ for changing the mother board and informed it will take 20 days to handover the phone to me.

      I called up Salora in between but they said that it will take 20 days, so i have waited till 28th Jan and when i called up they have informed that it will take couple more days. I got frustrated and asked to transfer the call to their mananger, but they have refused to transfer the call. I am really disappointed with the service from the international brand. I never expected this from Sony Ericsson.

      Then I decided to call up Sony Eric customer service, agian they have given their complaint no: SE[protected]complaint date: 04-2-09)and asked me to give 2 working days for them to act on the complaint. When i called up Salora on 07.02.09 no body has picked up the phone. when i called Sony Eric customer service on 07.02.09 i got a reply from one of the representative that it will take couple more days. when i asked to transfer the call to his supervisor with lots of hesitation (after informing him that i will log a case) it has been transferred to his supervisor Mr. Jithender.

      Mr. Jitherder has asked appology for the delay and said the model no has been wrongly informed by Salora that is the reason for the delay. And when i asked Mr. Jithender to give me a explanation over mail for filing a case in consumer court he has refused to send a mail and he has asked me to send a mail to the above mentioned mail id and refused to transfer the call to his mananger.

      I am really disappointed with the service from the international brand. I never expected this from Sony Ericsson. Below are my questions which says the level of frustation i had after buying Sony Ericsson

      1) I never thought that an international brand will have such major defect in their product - Is there any check happening on the product which has been released to the customer

      2) Never imagined that the service center of an international brand will go for an tie-up with a vendor who is having tie-up with some other service provider of the same industry and takes more than 3 hours to log a complaint for servicing.

      3) No follow up has been done by the vendor or Sony Eric (this is the worrying part, as an brand i thought they will be calling up the customer, give me an update and hand over my mobile on time)

      4) in case of long delay (i expect a temporary mobile to be given till service is happening for the fault). Even a local brand is providing a stand alone mobile till service is rendered to the mobile bought. but this doesnt happened after buying a international brand i am roaming without phone for more than a month (its really make me frustrate and it is making my day-to-day life very diffcult).- now i am having my wife's phone to run by day to daylife.

      I want a compenstation for all the mistakes made at Sony Eric & Salora International and i want a call back from the concerned team and hand over my mobile with all faults rectified on agreed time. i also want a written explanation for the delayed happened.

      dear sir, i would like to get into your notice that the service provided by the sony ericsson service center are really disappointing the customers with their responce, i have hand over my sony errison mobile in authorized service center(Siri Communications, Khairthabad, Hyderabad) of sony errison model no.w580i the complain no :286 as the mobile had display problem but when i had approach them to collect my mobile not even they have repaired the problem but also they have broken the mobile panel and removed the keypad which is not conjoined well and are trying to give irrelevent reply when asked about it. later thought they have accepted their mistake and took back the mobile to fix it but still they keep on giving me date upon date to collect the mobile.when i have approched them on certain date which is provieded by them to collect mobile they made me to wait for 3 hours and still there haven't hand overed my mobile yet.

      so what exactly do u want me to do???? i hope the required action will be taken as early as possible so that none of the other customers will face such problems.will be hopeing for some respond from you sir.

      Another center is at YMCA Complex secunderead with the name ACCEL Frontline

      Al least the people at siri are giving reply and picking phone

      Mr Kalidas and other persons at Accel Hyderabad are not picking phone also they are not able to search mobile where they had kept it

      Sony Ericssion is so reputed but I think they had tie up with fraud people atleast in Hyderabad

      i like all SE sets, i had a k750i which ran without problem until it fell and broke. i got a w830i which had prob within 6 months. Two keys were not working. when i went to a service center in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, he denied the warranty saying that this piece is not in production and hence no warranty applicable on it. Then i asked him to check, hoping tat this might be a, minor problem. He asked for2 days to check and when i went after 2 days he said there has to be change in inj/ main flux which might cost 1200/- and it might take 1 week to get that component. Since i cannot afford that much time i came. in the shop i asked abt the scratch they made he is coolly saying when they tried to open it might have come. i could not fight as he dismissed easily.

      Hope Sony Ericsson would get this message and provide service offerings to proper shops. there is a disappointing customer service at the Service center at Banjara Hill, Hyderabad

      yes above problems are correct. recently(10 days back) i bought sony ericsson w395 model. this model is not good because it is low processing and also the phone will restart again and again when i tried play the songs from filemanager or from walkmann...

      finally i suggest to all my dear ones is that don't buy any sony ericsson model... plz pass this information through your known other blogs or through any media. and save them by not buying sony ericsson model mobiles.
      I too had the same issue with the service center in Kukatpally. I gave the mobile to the service center as it was charging. The Service Center people said that there is connector problem is there. For that he is charging 450 /-. But after getting repaired about the issue, all the keys are not working. When i asked about what had happend for not working of the keys, he said the keypad connector is gone and a new one is to be replaced. For that around[protected] and a week is required. Sony is a good company but the service centers are worst. Sony should look into this for providing service.

      so i am not satisfied much with your services i am trying for past 1month, so i hope you will respond me very soon and waiting for your reply i need all the details about pannel cost and time of delivery.
      For the love of god the Sony Ericsson service centre in KUKATPALLY is a total crap. Do not even think of venturing into the outlet i[censored] r out of the warranty period. This is the thing happened 2 me jus a week back.
      my w380i has some problem connecting to the charger as well as the headset. I jus went in & handed it over to the guy and the a$$hole jus flipped it back n forth & observed it keenly as if he had some [censored]in' X-ray goggles embedded in his eyes and declared that it wud be 1200 bucks jus to make it reconnect with the charger and unsure if the headset will ever connect again.. I was like WTF?!!@ Do i luk like a schmuck who wud pay watever he qoutes..!!
      I handed it over at the Ericsson service centre in Ameerpet. They were really generous. They do on-the-spot analysis & said its jus a faulty connector problem and qouted the estimation of 275/-. I was handed over the mobile the next day and everything is well and good, ...!!

      Pl. don't buy Sony ericsson mobile because i am having very bad experince with w910i model. All models are made in chaina. There is no quality in the cells. I am very badly hitted by this mobile. with in one year i got 5-6 times repair eventhough it was not working properly. Servicing centers also not doing well. iam have very bad experience with Khairatabad siri servicing center.That fellow kept my mobile for 1 month for repair and they are telling that they are not getting getting spares.

      pl. don't buy sony ericsson mobiles

      I would like to get into your notice that the service provided by the sony ericsson service center are really disappointing the customers with their responce, i have hand over my sony errison mobile in authorized service center(Siri Communications, Khairthabad, Hyderabad) of sony errison model no.w395 the complain no :4294 as the mobile had water damage problem, they promised to give it back in week days and its almost 45 days and there is no news of getting the mobile back yet, when i follow up they still say that the part is not yet available.

      I assume that this is the delay from the Sony Ercison side, i have used many other mobiles like nokia and the service is excellent.

      so what exactly do u want me to do???? i hope the required action will be taken as early as possible so that none of the other customers will face such problems. Looking forward for your response on the same.

      My suggestion, dear friends don't buy sony ericson mobiles where the service is really worst :(

        My Name is Rishi Kapoor. I've been facing a problem with my Sony Ericsson mobile from last 5 months. I had purchased this handset in october 2008 so it is still in warranty. i had got it repaired 3 times from sony ericsson auth. service centre. they are not able to solve my problem whenever i connect my phone for charging or hands free or data cable it does no detects. i had also made a complaint at your customer care and because they told me that they will follow up this matter i left the set for 3rd time at service center. neither of your persons respond properly. they do not transfer my call to any of the officials and they do not even give me the number of your legal cell.
        i am very much disappointed with the same. i will not purchase any of the products of sony ericsson in future. instead of sending yo so many mail you people do not respond at all.

        Sony Ericsson W580i — WONT SLIDE

        i purchased a sony ericsson w580i in mid June/08 because it was very cute and i liked the detailing on the graphics. To get to the point it is only Novenmber 12/08 and already the phone has stopped sliding. I find this very irritating because i have taken very good care of the phone and even the manager at the place of my purchase Cingular wireless told me that it had no physical damage to it and to call it into warranty to receive another phone. After doing so I return to the place of purchase and are then told that it wont slide due to physical damage to the phone. I am clearly aggravated.i just thought that I would say that i wish i would have been warned about slider phones not sliding before i bought one.

        Sony Ericsson W580i — EVERYTHING!!!

        TO WHOMSOEVER IT IS CONCERNED,

        AM SHASHANK FROM BANGALORE USING Sony ericsson W580I mobile FOR AROUND 11 MONTHS NOW.OFCORS DINT HAD ANY PROBLEM UNTILL NOW.
        Now i have problem with headphone, speakers, keypad, everything. when i gave it to service centre which is authorized as my mobile carries warranty, the reason given to me was, ic problem, sometimes liquid problem and sometimes something else and god knows the exact problem.
        anyways i said ok to pay 2000 bugs after weeks time i finally got a call from service centre saying the phone is ready. when i went i had to stand in a line of 20 numbers and yes if you believe there was no one in the dispatch area. people were standing desperately to have their mobiles. After 1 hour finally got some1 to attend and usual problem, they dont accept debit card.Fine. i accepted it and went to take my phone next day. this time there was no queue for my luck, but again no one to attend. finally after 15 minutes got some1 to attend.Now he says sit for sometime phone not ready. God, my phone was ready yesterday and again today its not ready?????

        I was surprised. I explained him about previous day. then after 10 more minute he came back and gave me my cell. which was absolutely the same handset which i had given him without any changes, when i asked him. he said there is internal Ic problem. they have changed it ( that costs 2000 rupees????? god give me a break. the mobile itself is 9.5 to 10k now) .And the outlook was more diminished.By now i was shocked and was also irritated. so i asked him to revert the changes he made and i would take it back by evening.He said ok fine.

        Moral: when service engineers themselves dont no what they are doing. its really hard to know the exact problem. Sony is no.1 in brand they lose their value because of these people out there. am planning to write to regional Head Sony corporation.

        On oct24, 2009 When i leave the metro station of Central Park near New Delhi , i catch the bus after sitting in the bus when i put the hands in the pocket for mobile , at that time my mobile was stolen by somebody.

        ii had a little screw jaming my slidy thing it must of been out of the phone :S but my slidy thing works now xD it took me about 10 mins and tweesers and a mini screwdriver to prise it open carefully to get it out

          I have purchased sony ericsson W700i mobile phone in 2007.
          Now i am facing some problem with it.When i had showed this phone in Sony Ericsson Service centre in Nagpur they told me that its not possible for them to repair it and so you can repair it from other local vendor.If Sony Ericsson service centre can not solve this problem then how can other repairing shops do that.If company is launching certain product then they should have solution of any problem relating to it.

          Mobile Problem discription -
          1. Battery is descharging quickly even if it charged fully.
          2. Unable to transfer data through Data cable.
          3. It's not battery problem because same battery is working fine in other W700i phone.

          Please help me on this issue ASAP...

            I am purchese one new Sony Ericsson k530i but after 4 month its dead my mobile in worranty preyed than i submitt my mobel in Sony Ericsson mobile reparing store ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICES(P) LIM, AHMEDABAD at submit my mobile company give me my mobile battary but not give my memory card for testing after 4 day i go for check my moble status that time Mr. Rimple say u not submit your mobile meory card to use and give me 7 day time for reparing time

            Its really bed for Sony Ericsson because its make bed impression to customer

                I have logged the complaint on 24th April 2009 on local service center of sony ericsson for my sony ericsson mobile w580i, which is under the warranty.

                In Mobile my keypad is broken, so I have submitted the mobile to the local service center, Till date they are not resolve to my problem.

                I have called to many time nearly 200 times to his call center, but they replied only one thing your problem will be solve withing this weak, everytime the answer was same.

                Sony Ericsson — W580i bad phone,bad service

                I had bought A SE W580i on 22.1.08 in New Delhi. The phone stopped working within 3 months and I gave it for repair to authorised service centre on 5.04.08 I am yet to get this phone back till 20.04.08 and am told that motherboard is out of stock and has to be changed. I am disappointed that the phone was totally out in less than 3 months and the service is so lax that I do not get any service phone and and have to do without a phone for so long. On calling Sony Service centre they do not give you any complaint no probably to avoid any liability. I did not expect such product and service from a service provides like Sony. Please help.

                Sony Ericsson W580i — Bad phone

                I took this phone on 3rd May 2008. From the second day itself it started giving problems

                The walkman of my phone sometimes keeps playing the same song over and over.
                Sometimes the walkman will just play half song and then switch to next one and play it half and again to some other song.

                Sometimes the opposite person just can hear me and soemtimes its vice versa. In fact many times wen i call some one i cant even hear the phone dialling the num but the ph connects and its just blank. then i have to restart the ph and it works

                My battery life is pathetic and it drains if i hear two hrs of songs with one hr of talk time

                my volume key just doesnt work and i can reduce the volume instantly. the buttton keeps getting stuck and then with great efforts i can lower the volume

                the phone hangs sometimes and i cant even restart it
                i am really fed up as the guy from whom i bought the cell is not ready to replace it and directed me to gallery and those ppl seems of no help.
                My previous phone was the basic model of nokia 1600, but was just awesome till 2 years

                Sir,

                I own Sony K660 handset . 3 days back while working on my phone i went to phone settings and then to update option . After downloading the next option was initiate update .1st step o[censored]pdation was slow but by the 2nd step the phone turned off and has not turned on ever since even after trying all methods . The nearest sony centre being 8 hrs away , i tried to seek help on the toll free no. but nobody seemed to be willing to help me. The operator on the toll free kept me waiting for 1/2 hr,only to disconnect later on .Moreover i was charged Rs. 50 on the so called toll free no. [protected]
                I feel hassled As i am a doctor by profession and i offer my clients consultation
                online , my work is suffering in the absence of my phone 3G connection. My other
                activities like online share trading have also taken a hit.

                Hoping you will take action action at the earliest.

                  KIND ATTN ; THE PERSON WHO HAVE A RIGHTS TO FULFILL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIREMENT.( because so far I does’t found nobody in sony ericssion) .

                  Dear sirs,
                  I am one of the lover of sonyericssion products since fast 5 years and so far I have purchased T610, P910, W800, W950, K790, W890, G900 and C905.
                  I am choosing your products because of SONY brand name as well as quality in all the aspects and good service back up.
                  But now a days I am very much disappointed because of the following case history.


                  FIRST COMPLAINT:

                  I have purchased a C905 mobile ( IMEI number [protected] ) on 27th november 2008 with the cast of Rs 32500 in consolidated electronics which being a branded showroom of sonyericssion in coimbatore.The performance of the mobile found good only up to two months. On 24th janvary2009 I faced a earspeaker as well as side key problem in the new mobile. I have handed over the mobile in same date at ASIA ELECTRONICS-SALORA ( 342, d.b road, coimbatore-643102, India) and the complaint id is SESO9AEL10285. On 06-02-09 I have got a intimation from the service centre that I will get full box replacement after one week of time and allotted IMEI is [protected]. As I am being a regular customer to that particular showroom, they have given a new mobile IMEI [protected] from their stock which readly available instead of replacement oppruvel IMEI is [protected].

                  SECOND COMPLAINT ;

                  After two months I faced the key flip problem and number 6 very hard to operate in new C905 ( IMEI [protected] ) . the problem has been solved by replacing the defective parts in C905 mobile by ACCEL FRONT LINE on 21-04-09 and the complaint id is CBE-SE-171062/0809.

                  THIRD COMPLAINT ;

                  After two months again I faced the same earspeaker problem in the same handset ( IMEI [protected] ) and the mobile has been handed over in ASIA ELECTRONICS coimbatore on 15-06-09 complaint id is AE1-SE-239414. Till date I does’t received any positive answer from the service centre and always they excuseing me that right now necessary spare is not available and yet to come from the sony ericssion head office. So far I have made plunty of calls and direct visit but always the are repeating the same excuse. Regarding that I made a complaint in toll free number on[protected] complaint id is SE[protected] and they instructed me to call after 48 working hours that means today. Then today made a call to toll free number and my call has been attended by your service front line person preethi around 10.20am . She told me to wait again two days for the solution and the spare not yet been dispatched while I am trying to speck more higher official she has disconnected the call and second time my call has been attended by a male rep.. he also did the same thing ( listen the record of my conversation for the proof ) .


                  Now I am requesting ALL THE SONY ERICSSION SALES AND SERVICE ORIENTED PEOPLE WHO HAVE INVOLVED DIRECTELY AND INDIRECTELY just read this case history and imagine where the sony ericssion mobile quality and service back up is.

                  Now my new C905 mobile I taking rest in your service centre.

                  Now the questions in me:
                  1. who should I purchase SE brand ?
                  2. whether higher investment in SE is worth ?
                  3. where is SE mobile quality?
                  4. what is the SE mobile time ?
                  5. 8 months or 1 year ?
                  6. what these SE service people are doing ?
                  7. where the SE service back up ?
                  8. frequent problem happens only in SE C905 or in all the brands ?
                  9. IF only in c905 means, what about the quality and why the mobile cost is higher ?
                  10. what is the minimum and maximum time required to solve
                  the customer complaint ?
                  11. whether proper spare back up is available or not?
                  10. If not why SE is promoting the c905 handset sales ?
                  11. Might have inform the customer before purchase that spares will not be available ?
                  12. why the toll free number is available? To repeat the same excuse ? or to solve the problem ?
                  13. where the senior customer service executives are?
                  14. what they are doing ?
                  15. whether this mail will reach the top people ?
                  16. whether this mail will be censored before?
                  17. whether this mail will be recorded ?
                  18. whether this mail will have recordable return mail?
                  19. when I will get the solution ?
                  20. what is the quarentee even after problem rectification ?
                  21. Rs 32500 is only for two months?
                  22. Rs 32500 is realiable ?

                  Really I am very shame about my foolishness in the huge amount investment in sonyericssion products by facing this frequent complaints.
                  I last my hope and trust on your brand and now I am conveying this issue to all friends and circumference.

                  I HOPE SONY ERICSSION WILL BE BEST EXAMPLE FOR THE WORST SERVICE AND I NEVER SEEN SUCH A KIND OF CONCERN WHICH PROMOTING THE COMPETATERS PRODUCTS INDIRECTLY BY GIVING THE WORST SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER LIKE MY ISSUEAND I WISHING YOU ALL TO CONTINUE THIS SERVICE THEN ONLY EVERY BODY CAN COME UP IN THE MARKET.


                  Note ; If I not get the solution with in 2days after receiving this mail, I have to go for a parallel illegal action.
                  Now I am requesting you all please don’t force me to go for the above illegal action to get this small service rquest.

                  Sony Ericsson model C905 — Service problem

                  I had submitted on 29th August, 2009 a newly purchased C905 at Babli Media. Till today, 8th September, 2009, no result. Only harassment, expenses of phoning 5 times a day. They are even not sure whether the set is in Delhi or anywhere. Everyday they are showing 'tomorrow' and that tomorrow never comes. Very bad experience. I have NOKIA phone also and their service is prompt, succesful and satisfying. I want redressal of my grievance - I want my set back, SERVICED or REPLACED.

                  It is with great trouble that i have to report to consumer complaint against you. In the given period of 1yr. warranty of my sony ericsson C 905 ,i've approached the service centre 4-5 times and i'm still not satisfied with the performance of my handset.

                  Apart from other services (like slow charging ,hanging ,shutdown using internet ,etc.) there is an icon of a service
                  PLAYNOW in the main menu which never runs (saying "this is a richer application and not supported on your phone now") on my handset. If this app. is [B]not supported[/B] ,then why is it displayed on the interface. This i think is cheating against consumer and i request for action against it.

                  LAST date of warranty is 21st march 2011.

                    I bought Sony Ericsson Bluetooth Headset HBH610a some time back.

                    The "Ear Hook" of the same was made of very substandard quality and it broke into pieces in spite of very careful use.

                    I have tried in all Pune Sony centres and service centres, however the Ear Hook is not available with any one.

                    On contacting Sony Customer care thro' their website, I have been informed that the ear hook cannot be supplied seperately.

                    If Sony makes a car and the sterring is broken; without which a car cannot be driven, can they say that the steering is not available separately?

                    I am really surprised with the reply.

                    This is a least expected answer from a reputed company like Sony, who is supposed to be a world leader in electronic products and boosts about their product quality and customer service.

                    It is great example of what therse big companies boast to lure the customers and then just screw up the customer just by saying that they cannot offer the part seperately.

                    Do they expect me to buy another headset by spending Rs. 3, 000/- more, when the ear hook can cost at the most Rs. 100/-?

                    I have decided not to use SONY hereafter.

                    Sony Ericsson — Bluetooth Accessories

                    Hi,

                    I purchased a sony ericsson bluetooth for my cell phone in Jan'07. Normally with each bluetooth an "antena" is given, it is a plastic piece that is attached to bluetooth using which one can hang it to ones ear.

                    This antena broke in Feb'08 and since the warranty of 1 year is over; I was willing to purchase it. I spoke to the customer service and they gave me names/numbers of 4 different AUTHORISED stores which provides bluetooh accessories.

                    However when I spoke to all 4 stores I was surprised by their comment that they don't provide accessories but are only service providers.

                    I again called the sony ericsson customer service and they told me that there are about 200 AUTHORISED stores who provide bluetooh accessories in mumbai vicinity and I could try their numbers if I wish. This reply was totally unacceptable to me and I told the customer service to check with these stores and only after they confirm to me; I will get in touch with a center that really has accessories. This request was rejected by customer service representative; Mr. Tarun. Tarun told me that he will open a trouble ticket and some senior person will contact me within next two hours, but when I asked him to provide me the trouble ticket number; again there was a denial. Needless to say no one called me in next 2 hours.

                    I will request you to help me getting this accessory. I am giving details of names/numbers I tried speaking to from customer service and the stores for your reference.

                    they just harasses the customer . i had given my k810i phone for lcd changing. they took one whole week to check out the availability..and after a week one guy called mr malkeet singh did noyt even have the curtusy to explain the problen.. and when i was ready to pay all the bills also thye jus kept the phone .. and they are carrying as brand name of tvs i care.. wat apathetic state.. i spoke to the manager Mr dinesh yadav.and he now tells me to take my phone twithout service.. wat a pityon my self.ne ways guys jus take care thatr you guys don give ur phone thre.. who knows they might even keep for life long..

                    beware of this service centre.. and search on net .. u suys will get plenty of complaints against this centre..

                    I had purchased a sony K770I model in Oct 2007, the colour of the keypad has been coming off (brown colour), it keeps hanging all the time, I took it today to their service centre in Dadar, Opp the Portuguese Church, they took 1 hour to check out the phone and then said to deposit it for 15 days, no proper reply was given as to what is wrong with the phone. After their said check up, my key pad is not working at all, I dont know what they did with the phone, they just kept it all open and gave it back to me since I said I cannot deposit it till I get another phone. The service center attitude is so bad towards customers, its better never to purchase a sony ericcson phone looking at the horrible service.

                      I have encountered problem of Sony Ericsson Mobile model W910i regarding Mic. I submitted the mobile (under warrenty) to SAP Mobile Service Centre on 25th May 2009. Till today they are saying that spare part is not available.

                      It is highly inconvenient for customer like us especially for a product from a Branded Company.

                      Need your intervention to resolve the issue. If the product is lying in service centre for one month then they should either replace the handset or hand over another mobile to us.

                      Can some one stay with out Mobile for one months and still not sure when i will get it back?

                        Hi there,

                        I purchased a Sony HT-DDW885 component 6.1 audio system from Sony World, Infantry Road Bangalore and the center speaker was DOA from the very first day.

                        On purchase I was informed that the unit was a box piece and there was no other set available due to which I was unable to demo the product nor check for possible faults.

                        The product was delivered to me that evening. When the Demo engineer did not arrive the next day, I installed and calibrated the unit myself. I was disappointed to find the front center speaker was not working.

                        I logged a service call with Sony service center (Complaint ID: 4003711). An Engineer was sent two days later to check it out. The engineer came, verified that the speaker was faulty and took the speaker with him to have it replaced. I was later informed that it would take them 3 days to obtain a replacement speaker which was unacceptable because the product was Dead On Arrival (DOA) from very first day it was purchased.

                        This made me furious and demanded for a swift response and threatened them with legal action otherwise. And for my horror, they service center people were completely unfazed and told me with contempt that the speaker replacement would take a minimum of 3 days and to proceed with whatever course of action I wished to take, but none of it would have any effect.

                        I called up customer care again and their only advise was for me to wait for the replacement speaker to arrive and in the meantime they would log a new complaint to address my grievance (Complaint ID: 4039408)

                        This callousness and gross disregard to customers has left a bad taste in my mouth about Sony. I am no more interested in this product and am looking for a way to get a refund and to return this product.

                          My Mobile operating system is currepted one day i went to Sony Erricsson service near by Lakdikapool Street, City: Hyderabad, State: Andhra Pradesh. To Install Operating System They Charged 500/- Rupess.is it Right ... He toltd it will take one Hour...At that movement no Customers are There they are free... Normally it will take 10 to 15 Minutes...there i wait 1 hour...

                            I bought Sony Ericsson W580i phone @ Rs 9175 with bill dated on 8th June 2009 from Salora Ventures, Old Rajinder Nager, New Delhi -Sony Ericsson Retailers, during my purchase they assured & committed me that if any defect is found in mobile set provided by us or any of its accessories would be replaced with new one. After two days after charging my phone didn't Turned "ON", i tried several ways mentioned on there website for this particular problem, but none of them worked out. Thereafter i went to the retailer, they advised us to submit our mobile set in nearest service center - Vibra Tec, East Patel Nager, Delhi & told me that i would get my mobile set back within a week period, Its been more than 15 days, i have already launched my complaint in there sony ericsson - customer support center but none of them is able to respond me back about status of my phone. I am very humiliated & these support center people have harassed me by passing false comments about the repair status period of my phone. I have also called there Escalating Department, but those people are also taking my complaint very leniently. I want my phone or my money back, from this Fraudulent Company, kindly treat this complaint seriously & take appropriate action against Sony Ericsson.

                            Sony Ericssons W580i — Dead Handset

                            A Customer of mine purchased a Sont Erricson phone from me in the month of August 08 and his phone went dead in December 08. On logging the complaint to the local authorised service center Tech Shop, they provided a job sheet on 16/12/08 saying that the set will be repaired within a week and since that time it has been almost three months as today and the service center is not even informing us about when they will hand over the set. They keep on saying that the set is held up due to the PCB and since now three months they have not done anything. Till now also I have not got any assurance that when will I get back the set.

                              I had given my Sony Ericsson Mobile Phone Model W910i to the Sony Ericsson Service Centre people on 18th May 2009, which was under warranty of 1 yr, due to hanging problem every now and then.

                              They called up just once to return me my cell phone that too with two parts missing (music press key and memory card cover), which they must have lost themselves. I had refused to take that and showed him the job sheet stating everything in place at the time of submission.

                              Now its around a month, and the Sony Ericsson Service Centre People are not entertaining my complaint and not returning my cellphone.

                              I feel its such a pity on sony ericsson that such a good brand hires such people. I want my cell back with its all parts intact at the earliest.

                              Sir, I have purchased Sony Ericsson naite mobile phone on 5 july 2010. Unfortunately I got a problem with my phone charging pluge(socket).As I have warranty for this I have approached the Authorised Sony Ericsson service centre but they told that it is working properly.I even explained problem that it shows some time like charging and it wil not be charged and headset is also not showing proper connection when plugged in .                                   I have given my Laptop on 21/06/09 at dayanand vihar. At the time of giving the laptop i requested the madam at the counter
                                  Miss Rithu Rathi to give me the contact number of the center and for that she gave me the no[protected]. This number when i call gets picked up at the Sony head office and they ask me to call at[protected], which is the customer care no. This customer care number is always busy and when at times it gets picked up the executives their hungs up the phone so that i was left stranded.

                                  Also, the job information mentions that i have recieved a call from miss tarandeep on tuesday 23/06/09, regarding that parts are not available and it will take four days. But I want to specifically mention that i had received no such call. "I Received no call from the service center and I hold Miss tarandeep responsible for that wrong information". She should have written that she wasnt able to contact the customer.

                                  Just beacuse Miss Ritu hadnt given me the contact no of dayanand vihar service center i was not able to contact anyone regarding the status of my laptop.

                                  Now, with all this i had called customer care on TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY, and mentioned that " I have a flight on SATURDAY 27th june, 09 and therefore i want the laptop SERVICED OR UNSERVICED at dayanand vihar service center on friday." But still didnt receive any intimidation from your side. The customer care deptt was unable to make my request heard to your service Department.
                                  Never even once during this whole case i received a call from service department, when they should have called me in such an emergency case.

                                  I had specifically mentioned to the customer care executives that I want the laptop serviced or unserviced on 26th june 09 at dayanand vihar center. But it seems that the Sony India seems to take its customers very lightly. They have not delivered it to me today.

                                    I bought a sony LCD TV for 32000.It stopped working after 13 months. I went to customer care for 3 months, after 3 months they are asking 18000 to repair it. How ridiculous it is? who will pay 18000 to repair a 1 year old TV. My suggestion dont buy Sony LCD TV.
                                    We had bought Sony Bravia Model KLV-26V300A Chasis No: 6202642
                                    We paid INR 34000/- for it and it is the first TV we have bought after our marriage."ITs a Sony " and the brand was fixed in one's mind to be trusted.
                                    The same is sparingly used.

                                    On 26th November 2009, the screen showed 4 vertical bands dividing the complete screen into 5 parts.
                                    On submitting our request for service, we received a service engineer (supposedly ) who came to inspect the television.
                                    He asked us whether anything like a ball had hit the tv?
                                    One updated him that only 2 adults stay in the premises and there are no kids who will fiddle with the tv and there has nothing of that sort taken place.
                                    He insisted that something would have hit it.
                                    One lost one's cool as the guy was trained to put the customer down by his behavior itself. He did not carry any diagnostic kit or tools to check anything in the television. Astounding quality of Sony - Technical Surveyor.
                                    He confirmed that in "all probabilities" "mujhko lag raha hai ki lcd panel kharab hua hai" and that you will get a call from the service centre on further action. We paid him his visit charges of INR 140.
                                    Then we receive call from the customer service stating that the total expenses will be Rs.20, 000/-!!!
                                    But, since the tv is not even 2 year old, we have negotiated with our superiors for the cost to be 12000/- only.
                                    How kind of them to negotiate for us.These guys are here to fleece the Indian consumer with their charm and shrewd business policies.
                                    One is clear that Sony has gone to dogs as a brand.
                                    Only way they can make money is to sell sub standard goods which will survive the warranty and then make money - tons of it on service and spares. This is new mantra of SONY.They just assemble the goods with few components of proprietary nature and let the customer suffer. Customer is the King only till he buys. After that he is the most unwanted piece of if he expects quality from them.
                                    Its a blow to one's belief in the brand.
                                    It still wont matter to them as there are brand guzzlers like one was.
                                    So, now one has to get a tv in and will want to smash this tv on the road and vent out one's frustration. Thats the best one can get for 34000/ spend of hard earned money.
                                    So folks, beware o[censored]nscrupulous elements like SONY.
                                    Wanna have a big show of protest while one smashes the TV in public...
                                    Look after your money and your interest as all these big brands are namesake...

                                      hi, i am using w910i. some days before, it has some display issue and its display went off. as it was in warranty period, i hand it over to service center in Chandigarh, run by some RT outsourcing services Ltd. address: SCO-23, sector 18-D Chandigarh on 6th of July 2009 12.49 PM. the complaint ID is SEO[protected] and ref no. is SEO[protected] . they told me that they will call in two days and tell me the status of my phone and they did not do any such thing and they did not pick any of the phone no. they have mentioned to me and the numbers are[protected] which they never pick. i visited the service center again. they were very rude and did not provide me any status of my mobile phone. they do not know how to deal with customer. i have visited many companies customer service centers but never seen so poor service ever. till date, 25/06/2009, they have not returned me my set and are not giving me its status. please see to my request and contact me. i am a businessman so having so many problems due to my phone which is off. my ph no. is +91-[protected]. plz see to my request earlier. thanks

                                      I am shekhar From Mumbai. purchased Sony ericssion Handset W580 i Mobile handset from authorised dealer for high cost with warranty card.Mobile is under warranty.I was very happy with Sony mobile But unfortuntely my mobile handset started giving problems.connector problem is there & shown to your service center at andheri.Spent 3 hours with huge crowd & also spent more transport fare to reach at that area.I was very disappointed service given by service center in INDIA.
                                      They asked foe money inspite of its in warranty (as per technician motherboard damaged due to liquid but sir how can it possible to enter liquid inside ??..I have refused to pay & taken back by Handset

                                      After that when i returned to my office i found that my whole keypad was not working..

                                      I have looged complaint to toll free nos to Sony ericssion India..But they have given not satisfactory feedback..

                                      There is lot of haressment for Sony ericssion India in terms of Service

                                      I am sincerely requuesting to replace my handset since its in Warranty period

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I am responding in nexus to the complain id no. SE[protected] which pertain to delays in repair of K220i handset placed with service centre.The cell was placed on 26th May and now 30 days are over, still the cell is not repaired.The cell had an defect right from the begining.
                                        The followup with the service center incharge revealed that the mother board of the handsets need to be replaced and sonyericsson has sent the defected mother board twice. And delays are on the part of the sonyericsson.
                                        then yesterday when i went 2 pick up my cell there were scratches in inner body, which were not there previously, and it was not accepting the sim i.e. incoming and outgoings could not be done from it.Also we treid the other sims to but it didnt worked.then on my refusing to accept the handset with such deformaties the incharge spoke to abruptly as well as said that it may take 4- 6 months 4 the handset to get repaired.
                                        Earlier also i have been disappointed by sonyericsson customer care services which where in nexus with refusal by service centre person in mumbai to provide the services.
                                        the delays are causing unnecessary monetary losses.
                                        kindly help me to get the cell repaired and it functions properly after the same.
                                        so please take the note of above and take necessary actions to do the needful.
