Southern Motors - Royal Enfield, Thousand Lights Chennai — lack of punctuality in delivering goods and responsibility

I booked a Royal enfield thunderbird (black) on 12th september 2011 at southern motors, thousand lights, chennai. They told me it will take 5-6 months for delivery. At last they called me on March 17th 2012 to the pay the cash on 19th march,2012. They called on a saturday afternoon and told me that if I dont pay before the stipulated date I will never get the vehicle in that slot. As i couldnt raedy the big amount of cash involved i opted for the next slot which they told will be on 15th september 2012. But they havent initmated me about it till now. I cannot see what these people are trying to achieve. Please help me in this regard.
