[Resolved]  Spanco — spanco digital meter

Spanco officials have recently installed new 3 phase meter. The meter has several complicated parameters impossible for common man to read. This is harassment that people installing the meter are not providing any assistance for understanding that how much consumption has been done . When I called up the customer service they said that no assistance can be given n this as SPANCO alone will decide that how much units have been used and Bill amount. This Harresment and SPANCO should give assistance to consumers to aviod any cheating.

Spanco — ssv net providers

i am using SSV internet connection. their service is very bad.For every two or three days net will be disconnected.i had given complaints several times.around 10 times within one month.but they resolve the issue temporarily.and it takes 2 days.so totally u will get 15 days of service only.

people there wud never respond in positive way.they talk rudely.

SSV is the worst service.
Sir, I was working with SPANCO, Grgn in between Aug-Oct. But till date[protected]i received my salary. When I go to the company, they wont let me in and every time when i call them, most of the time the bell rings and no one picks the call up as my number is with them or they say that the HRs are having lunch or say that u call afterwards.

New meters are being installed to help record correct consumption and remove human intervention/errors in taking reading . It is going to help consumers. As far as parameters being recorded are concerned we shall provide all information on this as there is nothing to hide.
SPANCO is always ready to provide any kind of assistant to its valued consumers. However, it is being ensured that field officials shall provide such help to any consumer on the spot.

Spanco — faulty meter

my consumer no is[protected] I have faulty meter instead of complaint and paying the bill showing only average bill without showing meter reading of 200 units now they send the bill of 81 thousand
