[Resolved]  Spanco — Concern to salary

Dear Sir,

My name is SHASHIKANT VERMA and i have some problem with my company
(spanco).I had joined this copmpany on 31st nov,2010 in guthy renker
prosses and on that time they were told us that we need to complaint
our 20 days traning and they will pay rs-1400/- for that and after 20
days, we need to clear our assisment and then our salary will starts
from next day but now they dening for that even we already gave our
assisment for 2 to 3 times but now they again told us for anothr
assisment and said we will pay you in next month.They are not gave us
any strong answer and now they also not ready to gave our salary also.
and from the H.R. dpt they told us to gave resignation so after that
they provide our 20 days staifund 1400/-+ 20 days salary from (21st of
dec to 11th of jan) after 90 days, and we agree with that but after
filling our fnf form they again told us that now "you" need to spend
15 days notice period otherwise we will diduct the 15 days salary from
yur "salary".we all,s are having same problem. And now for another
certification our sinior told us it just a test by claint, but sir we
are not so sure that this job is sequer for us.
please sir help us to out of this problem because the reponsibility of
our family,s is on our shoulder.this thing is not happand not for the
first time even this thing is happand with many employs.so i request
you to relese our salary from that company we will vry thank full to
you.
