[Resolved]  Spanco — Residential usage and commercial tariff

During construction period i.e Dec’2011 the connection was used for Commercial purpose and later on we 6 flat owners got our possession in March2012. Since then the connection was used under residential purpose. But we are still charged under commercial charges (LT)

We also applied for changes in may 2012 ( receipt copy of letter is as attached) and complaint on Call center bearing no. CB/12/12/12/223, on 12th dec’2012 but Despite our applications and complaint, we are still charged under commercial charges only.

We have been paying heavy charges under commercial catogory whereas building is residential one and should be charged under residential.
There is no response from Spanco for this.
