i have received a sms on 20 jan 2008 saying that i have won 200, 000 in 2009 shell int'l mobile draw to cont [protected] & [protected]@gmail.com

I have received a sms on January 26, 2009 saying that Your mobile No has won GBP 200, 000.00 in the 2009 (SHELL) INT'L Mobile Draw. To claim contact Rev D Richard on:[protected]or email at [protected]@hotmail.com.
I have seen couple of complaint of same nature for SPDC. Please see this should not be a major racket of cyber crime.
