[Resolved]  SPDC UK — winning prize

I got the following message,
Congrats, you have won GBP200, 000 in 2008 Xmas (SHELL) INTL Mobile Draws in UK, To claim contact Dr. Philip.
I reply him to claim the prize, then he forwarded me an application form for submission to the nationwide bank plc uk. Then I got response from the bank . They asked me the proof of my identity, proof of my winning certificate. Then Dr. philip had forwarded the certificate of winning.

I want to know whether i will really win the GBP 200000, or it is fraud??? Please reply me.
