SPEED CAR HELPLINE — No Service , are Frauds.

I've the mebership of "Speed", which provides on road car repair service in Delhi and NCR.They promise that their mechanic will reach to the spot within 30 mintues.

In the past 2 months my car broke down twice . I called Speed's call center everytime but not a single time any of their mechanic came to repair my car on the spot.Instead they kept on lying that their mechanic has already left will reach to the spot soon.I waited for hours and after that I had to drag my car to the nearest mechanic myself.

KINDLY TAKE THE ACTION againt this Fraudulant Company.

YES THIS COMPANY "SPEED" IS A TOTAL FRAUD... my membership card number : 182070 under the name of Gagan Gaur for a Royal Enfield & Lancer. I was given a very rosy picture of the best services by your company when I took the membership. The reality came to light when I was stuck in the need of help yesterday at 7 pm in Sahara Mall when my bike Royal Enfield broke down & I called your custmer services for help. They told me to wait for half an hour. I called up 8 times around 8 pm but my call was disconnected constantly & when I dialled the new membership extension around 8.10 pm my call was immediately taken and then I spoke to Rajiv who said he will send some help in half an hour. Then around 8.30 Rajiv called & said that they cannot help me as they dont have any mechanic to provide any assistance and when I said that this could have been told to me an hour and a half back I would have done something as I'm stuck with my wife & 5 yr old son. This caused me mental harassment & tension. Unfortunately the weather was too bad and I could not get any mechanic, so I had to come home without any assistance dragging my bike till my home which was about 8 kms.

Today Morning I called your company & spoke to Rajinder & Ankit - Customer Services Manager who said they will call me back after consulting the MD. But I did not receive any call till 1 pm so I called again & spoke to Ankit who said that he will call me back in 20 minutes as he didn't have my contact number. Till now I haven't received any call and I would like you to reply me back in written that what will you do regarding this.

I have already told Ankit that all calls have been recorded and will be used as proof against your company if required in case I don't receive any reply from your side within next 48 hours.

In case of no reply within next 48 hours I'll assume that your company is not interested in helping the customers and we will take the matter to Consumer Court against the Breach of Contract, Lack of Services with the print out of this email as well as call recordings and ask for a compensation for Mental harassment & tension.

I finally had to go to the nearest work station and get my vehicle repaired.

I am writing this email to provide feedback for the service I have received from your esteemed customer oriented organization. I had punctured my vehicle in the evening, I tried calling your call center from the road but it could not get through. Any ways I bought my vehicle home and tried again. The executive who received my call took all my details and reassured me that it would be taken care in half an hour.



From 6:55 PM when I made my first call there were several conversations I had with your executives. Each time I was told about new terms and conditions and also assured that any how the service would be at my door the next moment (the message that was continuously was communicated that the car was last at ashram and would reach Noida soon). The executives re assured that they would update me with the status after speaking to the mechanic but all in vain. I asked the executives to connect me to the floor manager but nobody cared.



I tried your numbers on the website but to my surprise they didn’t even work.



My final call was made after 11:00 PM when a guy spoke to me and told me that the car which was coming to me had some technical issues and was unable to reach. I was surprised that nobody even cared to inform me for the same.



Q1. Why was it not communicated to me earlier when I had made endless calls? I actually had to used a couple of my friend’s phones because my call was not attended; perhaps my number was getting displayed.



Q2. Do you have only one vehicle that runs in entire Delhi/NCR to serve the customers?



Q3. I understand that you have very beautifully designed the terms and conditions of your agreement and I am sure that all this would also be taken care of at your end. But I would request you to please ask your sales people to educate the end customer about all this when they come to crack the deal with us.



Today I really feel unfortunate and miserable that I opted for SPEED instead of RACE. I had been using their service for a year but never faced such a helpless situation. It was just a week ago I made this great decision. I understand that may be SPEED does not have the infrastructure to support so many customers, so I would suggest that you stop adding on new customers and create one with which you can keep the existing people happy.



I work as a Lead HR for an IT MNC; people loose their jobs & credibility in IT for so much slackness and dishonesty. Please advice in case I should at least inform my 2000 + fellow colleagues about your service to save them from all the harassment I had to face.



All I would request you from now is to let me know how it is possible to withdraw my membership back and get my money refunded.



I hope you read my email and take some corrective action. In case you don’t feel the need I would appreciate if you could personally respond to my email to ensure that it was read by you and not deleted by your subordinates.

My car also break down and i called up the call center they said in 30mins machanic will be there, I wait for 4 hrs and no machanic came,

SPEED CAR HELPLINE — Customer Harassment by SpeedCarhelpline

This is to inform you that I have been insulted and mentally harassed by Speed car help line, E-2/2, Shastri Nagar, New Delhi I have paid them Rs 600 on January 7, 2010 for 18 months service. The service which they serve under the name Reaches the service point within 30 minutes of your call. Couple of months have gone but I haven’t used their service but last night I stuck near sector 14, Gurgaon market as my bike wheel is having some problem related to air pressure.

Last Night:
I called them for their service but their executive responded in a very insulted manner and disconnected my call (the executive was telling me that my membership was over but when I told him the real dates of my membership, he had disconnected my call). At last, I tried it again, now the executive attended me after a healthy discussion and assured me the service with in 45 minutes. After waiting 2 hours, I tried to call him ½ hours continuously, At last they picked my call and after asking the reason for delay, the executive start augmenting with me and he was giving me the stupid excuses.

Result: “NO SERVICE HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY THEM”

Couple of months back: I called them for their service but they simply ignore the customer. Same result, NO SERVICE

Conclusion: This time I want to place the whole thing in front of you so that they don’t able to make fool of more people by taking such a good amount for providing service. Being a customer, I want to make a request in from of consumer court that kindly consider this case as a “CUSTOMER HARASSMENT” and ask this agency to give my whole money back.

They will provide the so many number for contact but mostly number has been changed or not reachable like

2. [protected] – not reachable
3. [protected]- switch off
4. [protected]/2 – busy, continue sly ½ hours.


Note: What ever the number they have provided is not working. A lot of consumers completes have already been their against them.

All the people are correct and actually these people are making fool of innocent consumers. Mostly people are not bothered for an amount of few hundred rupees but on totality they fool huge number of people thus churning good amounts. I have been approached by them for renewal and playing the same game with them calling them and not turning up.
This company seems to be a fraud company. I request all to wake up and get this company dismantled so that they are not able to cheat any body.
yes this [censored] speed is total fraud my membership # 79820 under the name sunil i was stuck in the need of help 8.30 am in uttam nagar when my car broke dowen & I called your coustmer services they told me to wait for half n hour i called up 10 time, s but my call was disconnected they can, t help me i am stuck with my wife & 6 yr old son this caused me mental harsment and tension
