[Resolved]  Speedpost — Speed post not received # EK[protected]IN

Please provide as much information as possible...My Important document Dispatched from SBI Technopak Trivendrum Branch to Ujjain (Vivekanand Colony). and i received message that they have dispatched it on 27th Aug13. when i checked in the tracking system, i found that it has been delivered to Ujjain Motilal nehru nagar speed post on 31st Aug 13 and Delivered at the same day. but still i have not received the Speed post. when enquired in Local post office and with the regular postman, they are denying of receiving any such speed post till 6th sep13. i am not sure what step i should take now.
