Dear Sir , Regarding my sbi card no.[protected] , I've made transaction in Spencers in R B Avenue Kolkata - 700019 on 30.10.2009 for Rs2385.80 for purchase of groceries , but you've charged twice the amount against a single transaction , which is need to be rectified . I've already paid the actual due amount i.e., Rs2385.80 , so you're requested to do the needful at your end . It is also to be mentioned that while I've signed the charge slip for Rs2385.80 , so how can you charge twice the amount without my signature . Spencers — no change given

I use to buy 1/2 ltr milk in the Spencers near Knightsbridge apartment, Brookfield. It costs Rs.9.50/- when I give Rs.10/- he will not even bother to say he does not have change, he will just turn to the next customer. It is the store's responsibility to get change from the bank and have it at the counter or else at least give a product which is worth that much, in this case a 50 paisa chocolate. The RBI still releases 50 paisa coins! The consumer rights go for a toss in these places!

Spencers — Not delivered good within promised time.

Hi,

I had booked a washing machine from the Spencers store in mgf mall gurgaon dated 18th march 2012.
That time they were not having the required model ( IFB Elena VX) present at there store.
So, they promised me that the model will be delivered before one week that is before 25th march.
But, now its almost two weeks and they have not yet delivered the machine.
I have given the complaint in there customer care.
But they are not working on it either.
Please do the needful.

Spencers — Pop pills is okay says the headquarters of Spencers
