A year ago, when I got a call from customer care of spice about new plan, then I got impressed and taken a SPICE lifelong plan with Rs.562 and Rs. 25 per month for my post-paid mobile in Phagwara, Punjab. Now situation is they are saying this plan is for 1 year only, for next year you have to pay again. Now when asked them, their reply is "Who said you like this.. Do you have any name".
Another funny thing is they made that Rs.25 with extra charges like..clip charges, SMS, etc. and made this about Rs.100 per month without even asking me what to add or not. When I asked to remove that extra service then they are saying to give written document in our office. Question is... why do I give written if some service is added to my plan without even asking me? Nobody given me in written, that such services are going to start in this plan. Was this information helpful? |
