I just called up on your customer no[protected], today they are saying it will still take 2o more day parts are no available. Its being already 19 days. More 20 days. What the he'll. I bought the phone just for my use not to pay you, jus for keeping it with you. I need my money back, please arrange a call back for me need to speak with some decent senior person, your customer care executives are not worth to speak in a manner. Seriously i will go to police station for this case as you are selling defective phones.

If i use for few minutes it is getting down no more stand by
I think major problem in battery
So I request you to please change my battery or repair as per your protocol as soon as possible .

I had requested to change my touch pad for my spice phone model no MI-518. With respect to service request no 35102237FA0218. And this is due from[protected]. Your service centre executive told me that the specific part is not available in company. How could I manage so many days without phone. Regarding that I need immidiate help. [protected].

after that I called them, then he said we have not detail of your mobile in our center.
They missed it somewhere.

I have given my handset(Spice mi-506) to service center(Raj Mobile) on 27/03/15 as there was some speaker problem.They told me that you will get it after 2 days.Thereafter they say there is motherboard problem in it so it is sent to Kolkata on 31/03/15 and they told you will get it in next 21 days.Thereafter they were just giving dates i.e 1 week 2 week and so on.Then Gaurav at some post in Spice told that your phone is lost and you will get a new phone.Today i.e 15/07/15 he told you will get it next month.I spend ₹7000 for my handset and around ₹3000 in calls and petrol.As they were not returning my phone so I had bought a second hand phone of ₹4000.Still. I didn't got my phone .I also register my complaint in Homeshop18 as I bought my phone from Homeshop18.

Hello, sir this is shilratna from latur maharashtra, the battery of my spice mi 426 is not available in the market as well as in the service center since last 6 months the service center are telling me the order has been placed but the company is not processing the same please do the needful to sort it out

Please provide as much information as possible...i bought a spice mobile model mi-438 on dated 03/08/2014. since that it is not working properly.i send this more than 5 time to service center in this period.but afterall i m not setisfied with this mobile. please change it immediately.

I bouught a spice mobile named Spice FireOne(Mi-Fx1) Black from snapdeal.com. on 29/sep/2014. Phone's IMEI No. is [protected]. I am sorry to say this phone battery is worse and not working. my phone is swittched off now. Spice Service Center Agra and Kasganj refused to change my battery. i complained in spice customer service but result is zero. company is refusing to exchange my mobile battery in warranty period. or misguiding customer by his term and condition

i have buy a spice mobile model no. mi 535 on 06/05/2014 at Rs. 9350 from saholic online store. after a month the mobile having lots of problem like heating, switching on and off automatically and hanging. i gone through the service centre for repair and till now the mobile handset is with the service centre of spice employee... sir, My spice mi 496 handset display suddenly stopped working. The service center is not at all ready to repair it inspite of this that my handset is in warranty and gurantee period till december 2014. Bt they are demanding rs 4000/- for repair of my display .

Spice service center failed to provide me working mobile after 3 months.
I visit service center several times within this period of 3 months.
And after that they give old(Used) mobile without imei no slip.
That mobile has also many problems, i ask to service center that mobile is not working then they said that wait for 3 months again.

Then i decide to give mobile to another location spice service center but they refused to repaire my mobile.

Very bad service of spice service center.

this hand set purche in month of July 2013 after some days this handset give problem so i come to service center
for repair Aditya communication in mohan nagar kkr he come back to my hand set after repair 1 month 10 days .
After repair few days this handset face same problem so give service center again repair . After repair few days i am facing problem again to again .
Sir all waranty spent in service center for repairing and my handset in this time is give display problem .this handset i am mantly upset please Sir check all detail and create DOA my handset and provide new handset and give action spice company and his service center not give permanent salutions .

I have given my mobile for repairing which is on "warranty period" on 13.03.2014 to Spice service center (Vidya telecom), they said to return it in 15 days...When I ask them (on 29.03.2014) that my mobile is ready and they said check on 03.04.2014 and when I call them today (03.04.2014), they are saying your mobile is not ready yet and call back again in next 3-4 days.

Hi Sir/Mam, I want to raise an issue of Spice mobile Phone Blueberry Express QT61. I parched it on 24th Aug-2012. And from the receiving day I'd problem with Charger & Battery as well. Which I submitted to Gurgaon service centre on 16th Jan-2013. And I received 1 stand by Spice M3636 mobile phone which I already return them (Find in attachment). Than they made another request for phone which having issue with Software. And its pending from last 7 months. As of now complete warranty period has lost during this period. In every week I visited on service centre. But no any serious action seems to taken by them. Its not only who is having this kind of problem, while I meet with a number of person whoever problem is persist from some of months. Now its cross the limit when they are asking the same stand by phone which is already been submitted in service centre. Multiples of time I call to care centre again & again but I got very poor service from their side. Then I followed up on my mail (Attaching same) and they are asking some of paper which I didn't get during mobile submission. I asked to executive for escalation matrix, so that I can go further with issue but didn’t get reply from their side. Requesting you to please help me out on this issue. After 30-40 days the Handset showing problems, it's mic and speaker not working proper , then I sent the mobile for repairing to your repairing hub Shri Shyam telecom near tapariya bagechi station road sikar-332001. They have delivered the handset on same day and told that all the problems detected.

Now, the handset showing the same problems, further the handset repaired after 5 or 6 days and showing the same problems. we also sent 5 or 6 times but we do not get solution So, I am requesting you to please advise for repalcing the handset.

I bought a new spice mi350n Handset on 17/05/2012,which IMEI no. was [protected].
After some days using, handset starts hanging.
and after that its totally Dead.
Then I submit my handset in spice service center Varanasi.
After more then 2 month, they swap my handset with a old handset as like they put that handset from dustbin.
and handset has been dead in service center.
and after 10 minute from delivering I re submit handset.
then after more then 2 month they swap that handset with a very bad looking handset.
after using few month their are a lot of no of problem comes in handset.
so I resubmit my handset in service center.
after near about 2 month of submitting they say my handset has been completely repaired.
when I reached for deliver my handset front camera doesn't works. when I say they fix it.
but the network problem is same.
and when I complain they suggested me to using Vodafone and show me by their own Sim card but
its not works properly for Internet using.
And when I say Vodafone is not in my beget, they says deliver the handset and throw it into dustbin.
then I not deliver my handset and come to my home.

I had given my handset Mi-415 for display problem at Jayanagar service center (BNG) one month back. Till date I have only one reply that due to lack of spare parts they had to send it to delhi for service.

Its surprising that this problem has happened second time in last 2-3 months and such a long service delay indicates lack of interest in customer support. My phone is still under warranty period, but considering these delays I feel that even if it starts working (somehow) I’ll be completely cheated with poor quality product.

Please provide a fair resolution at earliest to avoid any further corollary.

When i want to purchase a smart phone then i go one shop fistly i decided to buy SAMSUNG smart phone but shopkeepar say me to purchase SPICE smart phone he says that SPICE provide many feature in low price that time i purchase SPICE mobile modal no-MI425 but now i think i made a mistake becase my mobile has a batry problm i give it to serice center before 3 months ago but i can't found till now they say me that the mobile is going to replace but i invase R.S.9500 but now i am without phone i went to service center for 15 to 20 times they say me from 3 months that it will take time...
but how more...
what can i do now i decided to go consumer court i want to inform you for that i will wait next 5 days after message you that after i go to consumer court...

i bought spice m 5200 on 31 august 2012 but on 26 september its
display became white then i rushed to service
centre.After 20 days that is today i received my mobile form service center but the mobile is showing the same problem . .....point to be noted is that
within a month i had to go to service centre and they are not showing interest to solve the
problem and making me fool.
