When i want to purchase a smart phone then i go one shop fistly i decided to buy SAMSUNG smart phone but shopkeepar say me to purchase SPICE smart phone he says that SPICE provide many feature in low price that time i purchase SPICE mobile modal no-MI425 but now i think i made a mistake becase my mobile has a batry problm i give it to serice center before 3 months ago but i can't found till now they say me that the mobile is going to replace but i invase R.S.9500 but now i am without phone i went to service center for 15 to 20 times they say me from 3 months that it will take time... but how more... what can i do now i decided to go consumer court i want to inform you for that i will wait next 5 days after message you that after i go to consumer court... thanks you... never purchase spice phone, cause if your phone have any problem than ? u think that why u purchase spice. the spice service center phones never pick or out of service.

spice india mobile — battery not available
i have purchase last one & half year a spice c-810 handset of rs. 7400/-& it has a Networking & Ringing Problem when i gave it Spice service center the repair it for two & a half month & after that duracion my handset battery is discharged & Ded
& for last three month the spice india mobile (a large handset company????) does not have a batter of c-810 hand set in his service center & now the mobile of rs. 7400/- is like a toy for me..
Thats the service of spice india mobile & there Service center person does not pick the phone as well...
