[Resolved]  spice d88n — Poor service of Spice Mobiles

I did a big mistake of purchasing Spice Mobile D88n in July 2009, It started giving problem but it was functioning. Key Pad light use to be ON all the time and some times I faced problem while charging it. I reached nearest service station Vijay Telecome at Panipat on 26th Dec 2008. He checked and he told me like, charge goes to -ve and it stop charging. Hence after that I called them many times to get my handset. On 19th Feb 2010, I got a same mobile from Vijay Telecome of different EMI. Now this mobile is in the bad condition than mine. I called Akshay today sitting in Noida center and explained him the same, he told get it repaired from service center. When I asked him the escalation point in Spice organisation then he told I can do anything what I can.
