SUB: REQUEST TO EXCHANGE LADIES DENIM PANT DUE TO POOR QUALITY.

Sir,

I hereby state that:

1. That I purchased 6 items of Sportking from your above mentioned Exclusive Showroom viz. Sobhagia Sales (P) Ltd, Patel Nagar, Banga Road, Phagwara vide Cash Memo No 5492 dated 26/Jan/11 amounting to Rs. 4845/= (Rs Four thousand eight hundered forty five only). Out of which one item of Ladies Danim Pant amounting to Rs 712/= is defective due to poor quality of fabric.

2. That Article No. 502856 Ladies Danim Pant had manufacturing defect and is of poor quality. On the first wash the said pant worn-out due to manufacturing defect of the garment.

3. Kindly exchange the said Trouser due to manufacturing defect.

4. That the manufacturer has not checked the quality of the product before supplying to Retail outlets for sale. It is proved that the consumer got a wrong item due to the fault of the manufacturer that is why the defective product was delivered to the consumer.

5. That it is requested to the concerned Sales outlet Manger to get the said Ladies Denim Pant exchanged for free with immediate effect.

6. The said jean tears off without any cause, which proves that the quality of the product is quite poor.

7. Kindly note Customer satisfaction is the important factor which should be considered under Consumer Protection Act, 1986. So, I have contacted you to please resolve the dispute before I leave the negative feedback.

8. Kindly note Quality is far larger than business. We talk about quality in all parts of our lives, So, stress on Quality products.

9. To meet ISO 9000 requirements, the company needs to manage their records and their products well.

a. 10. That I am submitting the copy of complaint to respective showroom Manager to get the said Jean pant exchanged in a hope to get proper customer friendly response.



11. On a first wash the Jean got worn out. As the defect is genuine so kindly get the said jean exchanged with new one.

Kindly take appropriate action to get the needful.
