Sprite 200 ml — Charging more than MRP on Cold drink

Dear Sir /Madam

I Have bought 1 cold drink Sprite 200 ml From General Store .He Has charged Rs10 Instead of Rs 8 which was printed as MRP when i asked him he said this are new rates . Itold to him to give e bill he has given bill with sign and stamp .this is wrong they charging more from all cutomers we have to take action against him please help me out

At Mudhol (Bagalkot district, Karnataka state, India) almost every shop keepers are charging more than MRP for all soft drink like Sprite, 7Up, etc...
If they can charge more than MRP, what is use of (& whats meaning of) mentioning Max. Retail Price.

They must shame on this matter
