Purchased 250 ml Sprite bottle case from Reliance Smart recently.
But unable to open the bottle cap due to design change in cap threadings. All the 8 bottles are like this only.
Even with Bottle twisted, Unable to open the Cap....

RESPECTED SIR,
i went to punjab and on highway (jammu-punjab) grand trunk road, there was a shop in which the 300 ml sprite cold drink was sold at the rate of RS-12, but the rate printed on it was RS-10. he charged me two rupee more than mrp. tell me is it right to do so. in addition to it i observed that in most of the shops in jalander, cold drinks were sold at rs 12.. is this illegal.

Charging more than MRP prices
Dear sir i just want to know that can a shopkeeper charge me 12 Rs. For 300 ml sprite cold drink while MRP is mentioned on it Rs.10/- as he did when i purchased it from local shop. I also want to know what action i can take against him? Please reply early. Thanks...
