You have delivered me a Spy Pen Camera through M/s. Gati, vide Docket No.[protected], your Invoice No. 1816 dated 13.12.2010 and I have paid Rs.1750/- without any leaflet or CD for instruction to use the product. While using the product I came to know that it is not working as well as the charger enclosed along with this product. After initial charing, charger also not working. Even though you have mentioned on face of your invoice "i year warranty", please clear how it will work out. How I wll get it rectified? Is any person of your firm is in Thrissur ? I have already send a letter to yout address 4 days back in this regard. Please reply with a favourable reply to me to use the pen camera without complaint. A.P. i have purchased aspypencamera from naaptol.com got the delivery today &2 my surprise the piece i recd. is broken&used.iwant company 2 contact me &send a new piece.similarly awatch brought from same company 5days was also used piece.customer service cell of company never picks up phone.
