[Resolved]  SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited — Data Card reading error 619

I had been pursuing with a complaint reporting an error 619 on my Airtel Data Card while connecting the internet and had been constantly following up with the various Airtel Support Desk Services team members requesting to address and solve the aforesaid problem faced by me for the last 6 days...

I am totally frustrated with the level and quality of services together with the responses rendered by them and also being received from them time and again...

My Airtel Data Card No is [protected] and the Account No is [protected] which is a corporate data card connection ... the card is fixed with my laptop... Airtel Data Card connections are enjoyed by SREI senior most officials ... I am the Vice President of the Company...

I had atleast made complaints to Airtel Helpdesk and in persons can name them in order for the last 6 days... Sumita, Suman, Ambrose, Hemang, Arvind, Subhashish, Ankit and Rahul... I have called them in the airtel helpdesk nos [protected] and [protected]...

To the utter surprise I was informed first that the Account number has been changed (new number has been given as[protected] and so also the existing plan of Rs 249 pm which was specially negotiated by the SREI's IT team and Airtel personnel had been changed for which we all in SREI, had been enjoying the previlege for the past few months... I had been using this connection for the last 4 months and had making on time payment of bills raised by Airtel ...

Yesterday, a mail was given by SREI's IT manager Rawney Mukherjee to Mr. Kamal Sah in this regard mentioning therein change in the billing addresses, Mr. Sah had directed the same to one Mr. Subrata to rectify the erroneous bill earlier raised by Airtel and is sending the duplicate bill to me today ...

I request Airtel to redress this issue and arrange for immediate activation and unbarring of the uncalled for services... All SREI users had been enjoying the previlege as will be evident from the last 6 months bills being paid to Airtel for the Rs 249 Plan

The problem of 619 error, as I understand is in internal issue of Airtel for which the connection has been disconnected and barred ... An official complaint at my office has already been forwarded and now request Airtel Authoroties to make good of the things at the earliest...

Am an practising Advocate in Calcutta High Court... seen the message and feel it is absolutely harassment to the user... if there be any difference of opinion as regard to the Plan complaint ... the user should not be barred from using the connections since this happens to be a corporate connection...
