Sri Gurukrupa Indane Gas Agency, Jp Nagar 6th Phase Bangalore — communication not available to book the Gas Cylinder easily

We Have a Indane Gas connection in above agency.
Every time to book a refill cylinder we have to Try continuosly dialing thephone noumber for two or three days, They cant pick the phone asap.This is very poor service to customer.
there is no sms service & E mail service.
people have to wait eagerly to get response from that side.

pls solve this.
