[Resolved] Sri Gurukrupa Indane Gas Agency, Jp Nagar 6th Phase Bangalore — New LPG conenction denied- forced selling of LPG stove | |
Hi I had approached Gurukrupa Indane distributor, JP Nagar 6th phase Bangalore for new gas connection. While applying for connection they told me I have to buy the stove along with connection and that it would cost me approx. 4000. Since I have a stove at home, I said I want only cylinder. After making 3-4 visits to the shop and speaking to the owner, and also showing the initimation letter from Indane in which there is no mention of buying a stove, they said they will have to get the stove inspected and collected Rs.150/-. Currently at home I'm using a cylinder from friend since he is not in station. When the person came for inspection, he saw the cylinder and told the agency that I've a connection at home and the agency has denied giving me a connection. I feel the agency is harassing people to buy the stove. If I really wanted to cheat, I could have hidden the cylinder when the person came for inpsection. Had I agreed to buy the stove in the beginning, then there would have been no inspection and I would have got the connection now. Not only this agency, it is the same story with almost all the agencies. They force people to buy one or other products. I feel so helpless . Is there anything I can do about this? Gurukrupa agency at JP Nagar 6th Phase is the worst agency with worst staff. I personally went to their office for atleast 9-10 times over 5 months for new connection but the first line staff feel themselves as some big vip and do not listen to you, what is more pathetic is these rascals do not know how to speak to people. They just shoo people away, tells so many lies. they are pathetic uneducated . I personally feel, their license should be terminated as they are least bothered to attend to people but more focussed in making money through some other ways. Finally i have decided not to opt for this agency and shift to HP. Indane lost one more new customer because of this worthless agency. I would advise others not to opt for this agency if you care to have hassle free life

sir,Yesterday I was complaint, I have not got the after long time new connection of lpg, but at the evening 16/12/2008, 5.10p.m I got the connection.

Indane gas -- Gurukrupa agencies bangalore — Delivery not done
Dear Sir / Madam,I booked the for the gas delivery on[protected] in Gurukrupa gas agency, i didn't get the gas till[protected].
I went to the office of Gurukrupa gas agency, Jp nagar 6th phase, Bangalore they are telling we delivered on[protected]. They are telling that working guy at Indane sold outside. So we are not able to give you now.
In this case what i have to they dont have any information on delivery.
Please do me needfull.

I have booked for gas cylinder on 7th November. But we have not received till 21st of November.I had gone to the Agency (Guru Krupa Agency,Indane gas,J.P.Nagar 6th Phase) on 21st of November asked abt delivery.But they said that it is delivered on 8th itself.Now we have to wait for another month to book for other cylinder.Even it was never door locked in my house. How it will be delivered to us on the next day itself. when we ask them he is using some unparlament language and satrted shouting.I request you to take an action against this Agency.
i have been seeing the below complaint it same from my side to .We Have a Indane Gas connection in above agency. Every time to book a refill cylinder we have to Try continuosly dialing thephone noumber for two or three days, They cant pick the phone asap.This is very poor service to customer. there is no sms service & E mail service. people have to wait eagerly to get response from that side. pls solve this.

I completely agree..Gurukrupa's customer service is totally bad...they never bother to pick any calls..i wish some govt official steps in and bring in a change.
They have sent a gas cylinder with a huge pin leak problem - when I tried to use the cylinder this morning, could hear a loud leak noise coming out of it! Luckily, I shut it off & opened the windows. It could've turned into something really dangerous. Called the agency & asked them to replace it - they've still not done so. Very irresponsible & arrogant behaviour.
I completely agree..Gurukrupa's customer service is totally very bad...they never bother to pick any calls..when we visited they are response very bad .we never see this type agency people. when we asking they are telling change your agency .what they are doing .

Indane Gas Gurukrupa agencies JP Nagar — Gas booking
Booked gas on 8th July 2011. They have still not supplied. They did the same thing last time too. They do not pick up phone. The complaint registration people never picks up the phone. Booking number - 246727 to whom so ever it concern at INDANE.
PLEASE PLEASE either introduce another distributor instead of GURU Krupa. they are a bunch of rogues.
it is clearly a state of helpless common indian struggling to live life in this country. GURU KRUPA, though the name sounds godly he is a demon in disguise. btw, is the owner a politician or a local goon?
alternately, even if we are allowed to pickup the cylinder directly from INDANE itself instead of a distributor this would be a boon... atleast this will lessens the burdon of dealing with this stupid, arrogant, ruthless distributor and the mental trauma/torture one undergoes dealing with SRI GURU KRUPA. Humble request. please cancel the license of this distributior., with fight against corruption running in the country, atleast one serious action of this kind will be a lesson for other dirtributors. BTW, looks like people tend to find alternate inappropriate methods because of this reason only... hope SOMEONE FROM INDANE (who so ever is not DEAD, DUMB and BLIND) will take immediate action.

hi i also completely agree with you, they are really very bad but we need to find some solution, i have been trying to change of address from JP nagar puttenahalli to JP nagar Gururaghavendra Nagar.. they r harrasing with creating different problems... any solution...

I m a victim of Gurukrupa indane, JP Nagar. I booked for the refill through IVR and after 3 days I got a message saying your receipt is generated and you will shortly get the cylinder. However I didnot get even after 5 days. I called the agency for the status. They said, your cylinder will be delivered tomorrow. Again in the next day I got an SMS saying your booking is cancelled. and now onwards I tried calling 50 times daily, they are not picking the call. Surprised!!!

Through out karnataka the No.1 worst service : Sri Gurukrupa Indane Gas Agency, Jp Nagar 6th Phase Bangalore. the employees mis behave and not responce promptly they are doing something not promptly deliver supply .. how to complain to higher authorities .. pls suggest

Done booking on 6th Oct, booking number: 671217. Have still not received the cylinder. Unable to book another cylinder as previous booking not yet cleared. The wait period for gas delivery is increasing every month, where as people buying gas in black get it immediately.
